The staff provided excellent service. The shuttle in particular was prompt and friendly. I felt well taken care of during my stay.

I experienced poor conditions upon arrival. My first room had a moldy smell which made it uncomfortable to stay in.

Spacious suite was ideal for our family, but construction noise affected our stay.

The room was clean, and I loved having a great view of the patio deck. The pool area was super relaxing and a perfect spot to unwind for a while. Just a heads up, keep an eye on your parking validation, as it didn’t get added automatically to my stay. 😊

I found it super easy to walk to Hermann Park's beautiful Japanese Garden in just about 10 minutes, and I really loved being close to the vibrant Rice Village for a leisurely stroll and some coffee breaks. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable bed that made returning after a day of exploring quite nice.

The location offers incredible convenience, being a stone's throw from the medical facilities, making it ideal for those with appointments. The rooftop pool provides decent city views and is well-kept, a nice spot to unwind after a day of hospital visits.

The breakfast situation leaves much to be desired. it lacks variety and quality, with food delivered in plastic containers that don’t feel at all appealing. On a couple of occasions, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty, which is not great for someone who needs to stay connected. There have been reports of bed bug incidents, which honestly raises concerns about cleanliness standards.

Convenient stay near the hospitals

Had a solid experience here. The room was really spacious and comfy, perfect for us. Staff were super friendly, especially Nicole at the front desk who helped us with shuttle info. The only bummer was finding good dining options. the coffee shop had limited choices and wasn’t great quality. Still, everything else worked well.

It was just a smart choice for a relaxing holiday in Houston with good price value. Just avoid staying while the lobby is being worked on.

my family had a pleasant stay at the hilton. the deluxe suite with two double beds was spacious and the outdoor swimming pool added fun for the kids. i appreciated the close proximity to MD Anderson, making our trip convenient. the coffee shop was a nice touch too!

A little disappointed with the breakfast situation. they charged extra for my wife and kids.
